Standard maintenance
This includes an orbital sand and stain. The process goes above and beyond what most contractors will do and what the stain manufacturer recommends. By sanding before each application instead of power wash prevents pigment buildup which will quickly result in a solid (opaque) finish.

The reason we can sand so efficiently (at much lower cost) after the initial sanding is that we have set you up for success. All of the boards are fastened tightly and countersunk and with correct timing the finish will crumble away leaving a lustrous, red-toned natural board that looks as good as the day we sanded it initially.

Timing
Horizontal surfaces (including rail cap) 18 months and every 2 years from there.
We will checkup on you periodically to see how your deck is looking.

Cost
Your maintenance cost will be a fraction of the original restoration price. The reason for this is both stain, much less preparation is needed. It usually comes out to be much less than the yearly cost of maintaining your lawn, and your deck will look brand new for years into the future!
